Our air conditioning has been out for five days, and we wouldn’t get the help we needed. We called Howe today and they came out this afternoon. We are so grateful! They were very professional and kind and explained the process as they were repairing the AC. They even helped me with another concern I had on running efficient energy. I appreciate how prompt they were and helpful. We definitely will be calling them again!
I had to have my water heater replaced in my very small, half dirt 1948 style basement. This involved figuring out how to drain the water out of the old system, hauling the very heavy old and new heaters up and down very steep and narrow steps. I never heard one complaint from the guys even though I’m sure I’d have plenty if I’d been the one having to do the work. Not only did they do great work, but they were very polite and respectful through the whole process.
I got home from a week out of town to a cold house. I called Howe on New Year’s Eve morning and my furnace was running by noon – even though the tech had to run and get a part. I was happy about the holiday response time and my repair person was super helpful and did everything he could to make sure we didn’t spend the weekend without heat.
