Howe Logo

When you think of tech savvy companies, the plumbing and heating industries might not come to mind – but Howe, Inc. changes that. Howe has been doing business in the Sioux Falls area for nearly 75 years. Continued growth and technological advances have evolved the company, and now Howe has a new look to visually match its evolution.

Howe’s Take on Tradition and Technology

The company’s fresh look is all about how they serve you – with innovative technology, a constantly growing list of modern solutions and pleasant, genuine customer relations. Their redesign includes an updated logo and a new website that’s as fast and (user) friendly as Howe’s everyday service. But even with the updated look, the company can still be easily identified by the same signature shade of teal.

Company President Justin Howe is hopeful that the new look will showcase that Howe is a cutting-edge company – but one that still embraces tradition.

“Howe is a leader and innovator in our industry and we wanted our brand to reflect this,” Howe said. “We wanted to reflect the modernization and expansion of our capabilities.”

The company has kept their position at the forefront of the local plumbing, heating, cooling, and fire protection equipment industry by staying up-to-date on all the latest training and technologies, including mobile dispatch software, 3-D modeling, and digitized estimation. Their technicians are highly trained, reliable, and North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified.

“Being family owned creates a higher level of personal responsibility to deliver the best customer service and uphold the highest level of integrity,” Howe said.

Their office is fully staffed, so you’ll always talk to an actual person when you call Howe. Technicians in the field carry iPads, which allow them to access detailed work orders, repair histories, digitized project estimations, and accurate job-site routing.

“You can clearly see the difference when a Howe technician arrives,” Howe said. “They are well-groomed, have a clean uniform, and are genuinely nice people who love to help others and love what they do.”

Whether it’s routine at-home maintenance, an emergency repair, or installing a fire protection system for a newly constructed building, Howe has a full arsenal of equipment and technicians ready to get the job done on time, according to spec, and within budget.

“When someone calls for service they want to know their problem will be fixed quickly, professionally and for a reasonable value,” Howe said. “Our job is to exceed those expectations.”
